All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional day or two, but we always strive to ship as fast as possible.

Order Tracking

Shipping Locations
Currently, Patio Poncho ships within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thepatioponcho.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly and ensure your satisfaction.
